Went there to get rubbers for my sons glasses. The lady said they would order them and call us when they had them. 2 weeks later i followed up, was told the same thing. A month later phoned again and told the lady that it had been a month with no feedback. I told her that i was really dissapointed in the service. The lady then said that we didnt even buy the glasses from them. (got them from another branch) Then she put the phone down in my ear. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, she said her name was Lisa and she was the manager. I then asked to speak to her manager and she said well its just me no one above her to complain to. I then asked to get the number for headoffice, where she said there was no head office. She was so rude and arrogant. I then phoned a different branch where they told me that they would get the owner to phone me, up until this day i havent received a call from him.

Never supporting them again with the way the "manager" treats customers. Shocking.
