OSRAM nightbreaker not up to its reviews

I purchased a set of Osram H4 night breakers to replace my bulbs in my motorcycle

Shop Autozone in Ottery said it will make a mager difference so I paid R 345 for them

However they are no brighter than my standard cheap h4 bulbs I was using.

They say I cannot return it and i Find that unfair as they are not brighter at all
