Still no help whatsoever to rectify vodacom mistake with early cancelation, want to pay remainder of contract as I have moved to new Zealand and now trying to do so is a nightmare. Over R1000 to be taken off the cancelations and promised to be contacted and sorted. I have been messaging constantly and no one has helped. I might just get the debit blocked so they can finally make contact. This is absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!! Will be posting on all media I can find!!!!
My wife is trying to cancel our 2 contracts but the call never goes through and or gets cut off. We are currently residing in New Zealand and this is a difficult task with the time differences. We have recieved the cancelation documents however the upfront deposits have not been refelceted and cannot seem to sort this issue out. We need this sorted ASAP and like I say time differences and costs involved doing this from overseas is difficult. You can email me or my wife directly, I can give you all information needed with a personal email once rep**** to. At this time completely unhappy and disgusted by how the calls are ended because people don't know how to manage a complaint or query.!!!!! Want this sorted
Still no response to previous complaint. I have received feedback saying I had insufficient funds in my account at the time of the payshap transfer, this is impossible as I made sure there was. I had to then take funds from savings to cover what fnb had not refunded to my account. I have rep**** to the email stating please go carefully through my account as fnb people have definitely not done there proper research. I want a proper response and I want the money that is still owed to me!!!!! I am overseas and this is not at all what I expected from Fnb, I'm tired of this been brushed off with a quick response but no detail and no care. Please sort this out ASAP!!!
I had payshaped from my fnb to absa account on the 27th October 2023,the transaction failed and I have sent numerous emails as the money has still not reflected back in my fnb account. I am currently in new Zealand and have called only to be tossed to all the departments without any help and then cut off. Difficult to get this sorted from overseas but I would like my money back!!! Very disappointed with fnb and customer support as going overseas was the reason I opened an account in the first place.!!!
Really pathetic service Been with them for 4 years(to long and didnt learn my lesson) First of all they take ages to get back to you on any queries Secondly they dont cover certain medications even though it isnon there list. Then not covering consultations etc Guys stay away from this place, they just want to take you for a ride. I have canceled with them due to utterly poor service
I sent a request to cancel my Credit life assessment on my cheque account and received a response on the 9th November 2020 saying it has been cancelled. Today the 02/12/2020 Absa has just charged me R 118,60(Int debit order to credit life ass) which is supposed to be cancelled. Also they have charged me another R 109 ( Admin charge see charge statement detail) which was supposed to stop when the credit life was cancelled. I have been trying to get this sorted out for the last 2 months and nothing has happened. I want my charges refunded as this was not catered for, was not supposed to come off this month at all. I would like someone to sort this out asap as I need it refunded!!
Had a bike accident and and went to the doctor today Got reffered to get xrays which elixi health said would be covered and I don't need any money(I called before this btw) Got to the hospital and they say I must pay and claim from elixi health. Me not having the money I could not get it done. Called the Elixi health number and they just sent a claim for and saying we might not get the money back? What's going on, xrays are supposed to be covered and this thi g about always claiming money back which never happens? How does one get treated if they paying for the medical aid but still have to use there own cash when you don't have? What's the point of having it in the first place then? I'm actually dissapointed and disgusted with the service and the nonsense you get told over the phone Won't recommend to anyone

I purchased a set of Osram H4 night breakers to replace my bulbs in my motorcycle Shop Autozone in Ottery said it will make a mager difference so I paid R 345 for them However they are no brighter than my standard cheap h4 bulbs I was using. They say I cannot return it and i Find that unfair as they are not brighter at all
