And just when I thought digital payments were safe, there goes ott4me service taking my money and not fulfilling its obligations. I bought a voucher on Monday 23 February 2026 and my bank account was debited successfully but no voucher pin was received. I have made several attempts at trying to resolve the matter without feeling cheated as I understood an error may have occurred. But to my disappointment, the matter with ott4me has not been resolved. Instead im finding myself going through a repetitive process of explaining to myself to the agents. Yesterday was the cherry on top. If you could think of a reputable company such as ott4me not being honest, well I can confirm that. I was sent a email response stating my voucher was sent to my number via sms which is not true. I mean why lie about it. Ott4me #OTT South Africa is ****MING. Reading other people's reviews, I notice my issue is not a unique situation. This has happened to other customers and it is very concerning. How do we as customers report the matter? #OTT South Africa needs to sort their business out before we launch campaigns boycotting the service as a ****. I urge you to attend to this.
