I wish I did my research before signing up to Spot SA. To be quite honest I saw it was affiliated to Bidvest Bank as you see below. And this alone assured me i was in good hands. Little did I know. Upon the recent outage on the spot money app, this has proven to be my threshold and I cannot go on silently dealing with what seems to be a divorce between spouses. Spot was born from Virgin money and we all know what happened to virgin mobile. This is why I said little did i know till today. Why i say a divorce is spot separated from virgin while also having an association with another major bank in SA [1 of the big 5] they went into bed soon thereafter with this bank. And now they are having massive problems and holding a lot of people's funds without any feedback on when they will release payments due to individuals using their services. I presume there is a major dispute that is not being made public and we are suffering because of it. Please I urge you to let us know what the issue is. And just when I thought digital payments were safe, there goes ott4me service taking my money and not fulfilling its obligations. I bought a voucher on Monday 23 February 2026 and my bank account was debited successfully but no voucher pin was received. I have made several attempts at trying to resolve the matter without feeling cheated as I understood an error may have occurred. But to my disappointment, the matter with ott4me has not been resolved. Instead im finding myself going through a repetitive process of explaining to myself to the agents. Yesterday was the cherry on top. If you could think of a reputable company such as ott4me not being honest, well I can confirm that. I was sent a email response stating my voucher was sent to my number via sms which is not true. I mean why lie about it. Ott4me #OTT South Africa is ****MING. Reading other people's reviews, I notice my issue is not a unique situation. This has happened to other customers and it is very concerning. How do we as customers report the matter? #OTT South Africa needs to sort their business out before we launch campaigns boycotting the service as a ****. I urge you to attend to this.
They stole my money and denied it. cashed out but they are opportunists with ******** intent. be careful when opening an account
**** outsurance. I had a claim and my vehicle was taken to galliga auto body where apart from taking forever to fix, the ****ed up my car. I'm not too sure how I can get anyone to take responsibility for what happened. My car is not driving properly thanks to outsurance and the help I received was so minimal I had to keep calling to follow up. Outsurance could be a scam for all I know. I'm ****ed beyond words!!!
