Beware of this company! READ your credit apps and documentation carefully, they have TONS of HIDDEN COSTS and terms and conditions and ALL their prices are exclusive of VAT, don't let them fool you. This company is nothing more than ****my and a bunch of ******!

They want to charge us R30k+ for cancelling a CREDIT APP, not even a contract, a freaking CREDIT APP that expired in MAY! They sent through a *****ulent debit order for R7k without our consent, they charged us 3 months pro-rata, but we only had the fibre and devices for 1 month, we did not even sign or approve this debit order, they just took the money without a debi check! And they didn't even INSTALL the devices that were listed on the credit app, they went with cheaper devices and didn't even BOTHER TO UPDATE THE COSTS!

Currently, we've reported them to the FNB ***** department, we'll be opening a case with SAPS and we'll be seeking legal advice/action from our lawyers.
