Stay Away!
Beware of this company! READ your credit apps and documentation carefully, they have TONS of HIDDEN COSTS and terms and conditions and ALL their prices are exclusive of VAT, don't let them fool you. They want to charge us R30k+ for cancelling a CREDIT APP, not even a contract, a freaking CREDIT APP that expired in MAY! They sent through a debit order for R7k without our consent, they charged us 3 months pro-rata, but we only had the fibre and devices for 1 month, we did not even sign or approve this debit order, they just took the money without a debi check! And they didn't even INSTALL the devices that were listed on the credit app, they went with cheaper devices and didn't even BOTHER TO UPDATE THE COSTS! Currently, we've reported them to FNB, we'll be opening a case with SAPS and we'll be seeking legal advice/action from our lawyers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

After a few months we were spending significantly more than the previous provider (BITCO) and as a result went back to the owner Cheyne explaining this was not as promised. I then decided to go back to my previous provider and Cheyne refused to port our phone number which is against the communications act. Long story short we are still being debited every single month (3 years later) for a service we don't use and they refuse to cancel. Everytime Cheyne claims that the SLA that we signed is a 5 year contract and we cannot cancel. This is also against the consumer protection act which has very clear guidelines around canceling a service. My advice is to avoid this company if you wish to avoid headaches and wasted money.</div>

Avoid these ******
Unfortunately these guys are total thrives. Do not go near them! We were promised a cheaper solution to our current provider but once signed up, provided equipment at least 10 times the retail cost and then refuse to cancel a debit order for a standard monthly subscription. Been years now and they still *******ly debit. A colleagues boyfriend worked for them so was under the impression they were trust worthy. Unfortunately we have to now take legal action. Please avoid at all cost!
