Beware of this company! READ your credit apps and documentation carefully, they have TONS of HIDDEN COSTS and terms and conditions and ALL their prices are exclusive of VAT, don't let them fool you. They want to charge us R30k+ for cancelling a CREDIT APP, not even a contract, a freaking CREDIT APP that expired in MAY! They sent through a debit order for R7k without our consent, they charged us 3 months pro-rata, but we only had the fibre and devices for 1 month, we did not even sign or approve this debit order, they just took the money without a debi check! And they didn't even INSTALL the devices that were listed on the credit app, they went with cheaper devices and didn't even BOTHER TO UPDATE THE COSTS! Currently, we've reported them to FNB, we'll be opening a case with SAPS and we'll be seeking legal advice/action from our lawyers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible service. I've been getting 2mb upload speeds with a 50/50 fibre line on several international servers for several weeks now which in return is impacting my business working from home and streaming games online. I've repeatedly been asked to send them screenshots of my speedtests and repeatedly been told nothing is wrong with my line. They also told me several months later that international speeds aren't guaranteed because I'm not using a business fibre line all of a sudden, so my 2mb upload speed doesn't seem like their problem. Pathetic service, they are not willing to resolve the issue, I've asked them many times when they or metrofibre will be sending out a technician and nothing has been done. Local speeds are fine, only international upload speeds are affected, I'm not even getting 10% acceptable tolerance which should be 5mb. But yeah my line seems to be working fine. You've just lost a customer, I would never recommend RBS to anyone. Stay away from them!
