Poor Service

Had the worst experience with your store I purchased my camera in October last year its still supposed to be under warranty which was ticked by your sales people in store to say still under warranty.

I had to call in to ask what is taking so long with the camera repairs nobody called me or got back to me

The knob where you adjust your camera settings came lose and yet I had to send it in for repairs , now they have the Audacity to tell me due to impact the warranty doesn't cover it and its going to cost me R3517 to be repaired I literally used the camera few times for photos and if it's due to impact the screen would also be broken and other parts of the camera

Very disgusted in your after sales service
