Had the worst experience with your store I purchased my camera in October last year its still supposed to be under warranty which was ticked by your sales people in store to say still under warranty. I had to call in to ask what is taking so long with the camera repairs nobody called me or got back to me The knob where you adjust your camera settings came lose and yet I had to send it in for repairs , now they have the Audacity to tell me due to impact the warranty doesn't cover it and its going to cost me R3517 to be repaired I literally used the camera few times for photos and if it's due to impact the screen would also be broken and other parts of the camera Very disgusted in your after sales service
Terrible service, I ordered a office desk & chair two weeks ago made a payment and send through proof of payment and then when I call to follow up the tell me they didn't receive the payment then again they found the proof of payment and now I have to wait another 2weeks for delivery so I requested a refund which will take until Friday. It's the worst service stay away from decofurn
The worst customer service I received in a long time waited an hour for our food which they didn't order our other food and they did ask even what flavor should my wings be they just made it on top of that the drink took so long to get us and we didn't know the wings special you can't share it and we waited long for our food when I asked where the food was waiter said asked what food and the Manager was complete useless he just said sorry we stood up paid R200 for nothing, I would not recommend kolonnade Grubhouse to anyone The service is pathetic

Got very bad Service from you guys asked for assistance from your time regarding my internet situation that i need activation on my account it's 5 days later still nothing at all just a reply stating that you did send it through to operation department but that is what your email said yesterday as well i had to contact metrofibre myself to ask for activation while im a home connect client and the guy from metrofibre assited me quickly stating that he will send out a technician.
