****med! Don't trust this website, it is a **** company! Stole my money! It looks legit. You order online and when I didn't receive any confirmation I mailed them. They gave me a **** tracking number. Still looked legit. But as time went on nothing happened. The more I checked in, there was **** updates on traveling. And at last a notification that the bottle has been delivered. No contact number of the courier was given. And when I mailed them they didn't reply. I wish I came to Hello Peter first to see the other reviews.

****med! Don't trust this website, it is a **** company! Stole my money! It looks legit. You order online and when I didn't receive any confirmation I mailed them. Stay away **** Owala South Africa I was ****med on Owala South Africa website. I paid for a waterbottel for my daughter’s birthday, and authorised from bank and they even charged more than advertised on website. I never received an email. Could just view order on their website but I could not contact them. I had to hear from bank this is a clothing company in China. Do not fall for this ****

Stay away **** Owala South Africa I was ****med on Owala South Africa website. I paid for a waterbottel for my daughter’s birthday, and authorised from bank and they even charged more than advertised on website. I never received an email. Could just view order on their website but I could not contact them. I had to hear from bank this is a clothing company in China. Do not fall for this ****

Be careful of Owala South Africa
I was dubious about my transaction with www.owalawaterbottle.co.za after trying to purchase a bottle at reduced cost and received no communication from them whatsoever, I contacted www.owalalife.com and received the following feedback from them: Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, we are unaffiliated with this website. It is a **** and we are actively taking action to take this website down. If you provided credit card details on that site, we strongly encourage you to freeze your card and contact your bank. We apologize for any hassle this may cause. If you would like to place an order our official website is Owalalife.com.

It's most definitely a ****. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Luckily, I immediately noticed that the charge on my credit card was gibberish. The follow-up e-mail (from an unrelated address) contained nothing about my order and was written in poor English. I immediately lodged a ***** complaint with my bank and received a refund. It is astonishing that the sites have not been taken down yet. So much for law enforcement...

Do not order from the Owala South Africa Website
As per the other customers I placed an order and have been waiting over a month. I finally got tracking details but they are just as useless. I emails the actual Owala company and they could not find my order on their system and said my order my did not appear on their system, which may indicate it was placed on an unofficial website. Stay away from Owala South Africa website!

Do not order from the Owala South Africa Website

Owala - NO ORDER RECEIVED
Order was places beginning of October 2024, according to the tracking info it was delivered on 29 October 2024, No one received it, no neighbors, no family members, we do no have a post office - as I was referred to - go to your nearest post office, WITH WHAT INFO to GET A PACKAGE, who they said was delivered, but no one can provide me with a signature of who has signed for it. My child saved her money to buy the water bottle, and know, no bottle was received. VERY POOR SERVICE, THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND US, BUT AGAIN NO REFUND ONLY PROVIDED US WITH THE SCREEN SHOT OF THE TRACKING WEBSITE, I could have done that myself as I also saw the tracking info on the website. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
