Order was places beginning of October 2024, according to the tracking info it was delivered on 29 October 2024, No one received it, no neighbors, no family members, we do no have a post office - as I was referred to - go to your nearest post office, WITH WHAT INFO to GET A PACKAGE, who they said was delivered, but no one can provide me with a signature of who has signed for it. My child saved her money to buy the water bottle, and know, no bottle was received. VERY POOR SERVICE, THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND US, BUT AGAIN NO REFUND ONLY PROVIDED US WITH THE SCREEN SHOT OF THE TRACKING WEBSITE, I could have done that myself as I also saw the tracking info on the website. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
We do not have any cellphone signal in the main town area of Bonnievale Western Cape since this morning already, and according to Vodacom there is nothing wrong. NO ONE has signal in this area. Can VODACOM please sort this out as our businesses can't operate without cellphone signal, this is not the first time, with load shedding it was also an issue
