I had an ailing mother who needed an electric homecare bed. Having been through this companys website, I saw an ideal bed available with delivery timescales of 1-3 days. I made payment of R18100 immediately. The company received funds within 3 hours. The next day, when following up on delivery, I was notified that they will only deliver in 8-10 weeks. Upset, I asked them to cancel and refund my money so that I can purchase the bed from another supplier. This all happened on Tuesday 14 of Dec. I still haven't received my refund. The company states that the refund takes 2-3 days!!!???? This is day 3 and nothing. Besides, why do I need to wait days for my money when I paid them in a space of hours??? Right now I have a critical patient who doesn't have the bed she needs! So disappointed!
