Placed an order on the 28th of February. Only received and order number. No. Feedback since
On the 26t of December I gambled and made 450k. I withdrew 100k on the 26th and another 100k on the 27th since the site only allows a withdrawal of 100k per day. This morning I logged on to withdraw another 100k and noticed my balance at 0. I tried contacting the call center immediately but couldn't get through. I emailed support who said they will look into it. When I view the betting history it shows that the 100k we reversed and bets were place for 350k!!!! I did not play! Where is my money????
I am being debited an amount of R249 monthly and I have not taken any services with you. I am going to proceed with legal action
My mother is a disabled pensioner. Her debit card and expired and when she phoned into the contact centre to make another, she was informed that they can't help her and that she needs to go into a branch!!!!! She is DISABLED!!! SHE MOVES AROUND WITH AN AMBULANCE!!!
I had an ailing mother who needed an electric homecare bed. Having been through this companys website, I saw an ideal bed available with delivery timescales of 1-3 days. I made payment of R18100 immediately. The company received funds within 3 hours. The next day, when following up on delivery, I was notified that they will only deliver in 8-10 weeks. Upset, I asked them to cancel and refund my money so that I can purchase the bed from another supplier. This all happened on Tuesday 14 of Dec. I still haven't received my refund. The company states that the refund takes 2-3 days!!!???? This is day 3 and nothing. Besides, why do I need to wait days for my money when I paid them in a space of hours??? Right now I have a critical patient who doesn't have the bed she needs! So disappointed!
You people are theives. How the hell do you take money from my account without my authorisation? You guys have the audacity to tell me that you cannot cancel my month to month deal (out of contract) over the phone. I told you that the router was stolen yet you refused to cancel this and I have been paying R50 per month for nothing. Now your staff emails me telling me that I owe R300. I went into my bank records and I see that R301 was debited from my account on Feb 15. For what? You guys have a law suit coming. This is trash and I am not putting up with this ****
<p>this was not disclosed to myself and asked him to carry out an investigation and retrieve the call recording. I told him that I am not prepared to pay data charges due to the agent creating a false impression in addition to the incorrect allowances loaded as reported in the case logged. He reassured me that this would be sorted. While at the store, a helpful consultant took me through my bill breakdown and some of the charged data was for usage during the daytime. My wifi is always at home and I am at work so those charges didn't make sense.</p> <p>Since speaking to Charles I have received no feedback regarding the incident I asked him to investigate neither did I receive any feedback to my original issue.</p> <p>I have mentioned on plenty of occasions that I will escalate to Icasa if I receive no joy. Apparently thay doesn't bother Telkom</p>
