Oxy-gen is taking nearly 2 weeks to do a reversal of a transaction based on my previous post on this site! See correspondence from Oxy-gen below:
Dear Mr Lange Your post on Hello Peter is not an accurate reflection of the conversations between you and Veronique. It is clear that you have given her the go ahead to claim for a portable concentrator. We acknowledge that we do not have any Whatsapp records of Veronique confirming the price to you, However Veronique claims that she presented the price to you via telephone. We acknowledge towards the end of June you instructed for the portable concentrator to be cancelled. On 30 th June these instructions were send to our GEMS receivables Controller for Reversal of this claim. We will continue to investigate the calls Veronique had with you. In the interim instructions for this claim reversal will be effected Please contact me if you have any other questions.
This is pathetic service to say the least!
