I am very disappointed in Ozow’s service. A client paid through my website early on Tuesday morning. Ozow promises payouts within 24 hours, yet it’s now four days later, and I still don’t have my money.
I’ve spoken to three different support agents who all told me they would “escalate” the matter and get back to me before the end of the day. Not one of them did. No feedback, no explanation, no resolution.
This is not the first time either. A few weeks ago, I had the same issue, and once again I was promised my payout would reflect within 24 hours — and it didn’t.
This situation puts my business in a terrible position. I cannot continue using a payment gateway that cannot deliver, cannot communicate, and cannot resolve issues. I will be moving to another service provider.
