Oztrail.co.za. They have my returned tent and my money!

Purchased a Oztrail tent online and purchase was facilitated by Brandhubb. Tent poles snapped and zip crumbled within days of using the tent, I contacted Brandhubb and requested to return the tent and get a full refund, eventually I was put onto Darren, store manager.. he advised that I needed to courier the tent back at my own cost, which I did. weeks turned into months and still no news. Darren continuously blames his warehouse and lines manager for the lack of feedback.. I want my refund!

So effectively Brandhubb have my tent and my money.. that's DAYLIGHT *******!
