PURCHASED A SALTON GAS HEATER FROM LEROY MERLIN FOR MY 81 YEAR OLD MOTHER. AFTER 8 DAYS OF USE THE UNIT EXPLODED WHILE SWITCHING OFF AND THREW MY MOM ONTO THE GROUND FRACTURING HER SHOULDER. CONTACTED SALTON (HOME OF LIVING BRANDS) THEY ARRANGED TO COLLECT THE HEATER FOR TESTING. RECEIVED A REPLY TODAY WHERE THE REPORT ADVISES THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE UNIT AND THAT NO MEDICAL BILLS NOR CLAIMS WILL BE PAID AND NOT EVEN A REFUND WIL BE MADE. THEY HAVE COMPLETELY DENIED THE FACT THAT MY MOM WAS INJURED! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! THE WAY THAT THEY ARE TREATING AN 81 YEAR OLD WOMAN IS INHUMANE!

Enrolled my son in grade 10 last year for 2025, was not advised that we are being forced into using a AI invigilation app. My family do not agree to using any form of AI in our home or office. it is an invasion of my privacy - my choice! When did an adult HUMAN invigilator become less trusting that an AI!?!?! I will be taking this matter up with the National consumer complaints commission! Unfair practise!
Uber driver was armed with a firearm, came onto our property and would not deliver our parcel. had an altercation with our security. Then left with our parcel. Uber then suspended my account as the driver said he was physically assaulted.. no police case was ever opened?!?!? Just a reminder, we live in a dangerous country. can not trust anyone!! Think twice before using Uber package services. you don't know who you will get to deliver your parcel! Note to self.. rather collect myself!
Purchased a Oztrail tent online and purchase was facilitated by Brandhubb. Tent poles snapped and zip crumbled within days of using the tent, I contacted Brandhubb and requested to return the tent and get a full refund, eventually I was put onto Darren, store manager.. he advised that I needed to courier the tent back at my own cost, which I did. weeks turned into months and still no news. Darren continuously blames his warehouse and lines manager for the lack of feedback.. So effectively Brandhubb have my tent and my money.. that's DAYLIGHT *******!
