P AND L MALAMULELE BRANCH GIVES THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE
I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS, 1) FIRST A FEW YEARS BACK WE TOLD FORCED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WHICH WE DIS AND KEPT ON DEPOSITING THE MONEY, WHEN WE DECIDED TO START OUR PROJECT THE MONEY WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN, APPARENTLY THERE WAS SOME FRAUD BEING COMMITTED BY SOME WORKERS, IT TOOK US MORE THAN SIX MONTH TO GET THE ISSUE FIXED, THAT IS ALMOST A WHOL;E YEAR OF DELAYS WITH OUR PROJECT,
2) CURRENT ISSUE- I ASKED FOR A QUOTE WHICH I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED, THEN MADE SURE I MADE AN IMMEDIATE EFT, FROM STANDARD BANK TO NEDBANK, I EVEN CALLED TO VERIFY THE ACCOUNT DETAILS , EVEN SENT THE PROOF VIA EMAIL AND WHATSAPP AND FOLLOWED UP TO MAKE SURE THEY RECEIVED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT, THEY REQUESTED THAT SINCE THE FIRST ACCOUNT WAS DONE BY MY HUSBAND I SHOULD OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT WITH THEM, I SENT MY PROOF OF ADRESS, ID COPY, PROOF OF PAYMENT AND DETAILS OF THE PERSON COLLECTING AS REQUESTED, EVEN AFTER THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO GIVE ME THE PRODUCT, THEY ARE SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST LIKE THE LAST TIME.
