Can someone please tell me whats wrong with Standard bank, now i believe the bank is dying slowly, nothing seems to be done on time like before, i reported my bank card lost and app**** for a new one 2 months ago, no delivery or request for collection was done, a month ago i went to Standard bank Quagga mall, i was told it will be delivered and given a debit card( which im unable to do any online purchases), yesterday i went again to the same branch and was told that my card is with DSV and tgey claimed to have called me which dey ddnt, and promised to call me which dey still havent called me, honestly after being with the bank for more than 20 years this is frustrating, what other options do i have?

I have no words to express my excitement, I have been with Kingprice for 8 years, up to date their service has been super and they always listen to our concerns, I hope they will not change in the near future.
Service at Toyota Finance is almost none existent, my late mother left having settled the account, only the transfer of ownership was pending, we called Toyota finance to find out what they will need to process the transfer, all information was conveyed, we sent them the documents, after a long time, when I enquired about the progress, an email was sent requesting additional documents and payment which was not previously mentioned, they mentioned that they do the transfer hence the amount mentioned, we paid and resent all documents and proof of payment issued by the online banking system, again they kept quite for a long time, I decided to follow up, which they responded by requesting for a proof of payment with all the accounts and full names and amount, I went to the bank got the proof of payment they requested with a bank stamp and sent it to them, again they kept quite, when I followed up, an email was sent now requesting that the owner of the car has to make a request herself, mind you, Initially I sent the the death certificate and the Executorship letter from the Master court. I really dont understand the cause of the delay since all documents were submitted, their service is just beyond poor, if I was someone else id think twice before u sign up with Toyota finance services via Wesbank , they dont care about customers needs.
P AND L MALAMULELE BRANCH GIVES THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS, 1) FIRST A FEW YEARS BACK WE TOLD FORCED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WHICH WE DIS AND KEPT ON DEPOSITING THE MONEY, WHEN WE DECIDED TO START OUR PROJECT THE MONEY WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN, APPARENTLY THERE WAS SOME FRAUD BEING COMMITTED BY SOME WORKERS, IT TOOK US MORE THAN SIX MONTH TO GET THE ISSUE FIXED, THAT IS ALMOST A WHOL;E YEAR OF DELAYS WITH OUR PROJECT, 2) CURRENT ISSUE- I ASKED FOR A QUOTE WHICH I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED, THEN MADE SURE I MADE AN IMMEDIATE EFT, FROM STANDARD BANK TO NEDBANK, I EVEN CALLED TO VERIFY THE ACCOUNT DETAILS , EVEN SENT THE PROOF VIA EMAIL AND WHATSAPP AND FOLLOWED UP TO MAKE SURE THEY RECEIVED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT, THEY REQUESTED THAT SINCE THE FIRST ACCOUNT WAS DONE BY MY HUSBAND I SHOULD OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT WITH THEM, I SENT MY PROOF OF ADRESS, ID COPY, PROOF OF PAYMENT AND DETAILS OF THE PERSON COLLECTING AS REQUESTED, EVEN AFTER THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO GIVE ME THE PRODUCT, THEY ARE SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST LIKE THE LAST TIME.
