I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Pablos Land Rover Parts, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid R5,500 for a compressor clutch for my Range Rover Evoque's air conditioning, and the whole ordeal has left me deeply unsatisfied.
To begin with, the part I received was faulty, and it resulted in three days of unnecessary work, frustration, and financial loss. Not only did I have to go back and forth trying to figure out why the part wasn't working, but I also lost R600 in diesel, R750 in labor costs, and an additional R600 in diagnosing the defective part – all due to Pablos Land Rover Parts' negligence.
What's even more infuriating is that when I reached out to the person named Pablo, who is supposedly in charge, he not only failed to take responsibility but also refused to refund my hard-earned money. This lack of accountability is appalling and has cost me a total of R7,630, excluding the courier fees.
It's clear that Pablos Land Rover Parts is selling damaged Land Rover parts, and they seem to have no qualms about leaving their customers stranded with faulty components.
