<p>I placed a order on the 6th november 2016 made payment the same day then on the 15th november 2016 i get a email saying the agents cant process my order and ill get a refund so i sent them my banking details the same day and its now the 19th november 2016 and still no money in my account. I want to know why is it taking so long i need my stuff asap they dont answer phone calls and dont respond to emails </p>

<p>Good day.</p> <p>I'm very disappointed in the service received as i am your first time customer. I have ordered several items and i have been told that<br />My CO2 canisters were already shipped to me. I have called several times and got no answer. It would be great customer service to keep a customer updated with regards to my order. Firstly i was shocked that as a customer i have waited since the 12 October 2016 until Wednesday the 26 October 2016. On Wednesday after opening my package i called "Maureen" on ********** 049 eventually i had my call answered by a guy that said he just answered the phone and that Maureen was in a meeting. He then assured me that the CO2 canisters were sent separately and would have reached me by Yesterday. I then again tried calling the above number numerous times but ive not been able to get hold of anyone to let me know what actually going on. So please be kind enough to respond to my message or call me back and let me know what's actually happening to get my order fulfilled.</p> <p>Hetash. </p>

Have been waiting since Friday for my refund its Monday today, After waiting a week and a half for my spares they could not get. Asked them on face book whats going on so now they have blocked me on face book.

I recently just shopped with PBO using their online service. The order processing was quick and safe. Unfortunately they didn't have 3 of the items I ordered in stock. They gave me a call the same day and first offered to refund me, however I opted for some good substitutions which would work just fine for me. <br> <br> I have also been to their store location and the place is great with friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this place to anyone.
