afrihost has gone so far downhill . you should just cancel my internet coz you clearly dont care about your customers . the mtn tower near Mtunzini has been off and their excuse is its not in their best interest yet a whole town connects to it . how can you as a company accept this nonsense you having paying customers that uses the tower for internet . why am i paying R1000 a month for basically 2mb of download speed coz signal is so bad coz its connecting to a tower far away when theres one near by .
Worste product ever . Its my first pair of rayban glasses and i looked after them so nicely as they cost a arm and a leg but after a year the left arm is loose and its not even in line of the other arm so i took my glasses in from where i got them to ask them to please tighten them but i was told they cant be tightened they dont have *****s ill have to order a new one so now i must spend another R2000 just for a frame i think not
My parcel was ready for collection in Capetown on Tuesday 12/10/2021 but they only picked it up on Thursday 14/10/2021 so on Friday my parcel arrives in Durban and today Saturday 16/10/2021 my parcel says its out for delivery and its now 18:00 so i doubt anything is getting delivered. They give the parcel out to some unknown third party which i dont know why coz i had fedex vans come to my house to deliver before . This service is pathetic now i guess i must wait till Monday. DONT USE FEDEX EVER
i bought a maverick gaming chair and it broke the back rest pulled skew so i took it back and i got a new chair then part where the wheels goes on broke and i took it back and they replaced the bottom part and now my back rest pulled skew and it broke the back rest cant swings loosely. the back rest cover can zip off for cleaning so so i zipped a small piece up to see what broke and i saw the welding broke it snapped off and i saw what a poorly made chair it is so i took it back again and matrix sent it away and now they are refusing to give me store credit so i can get another chair say saying its physical damage when i just leaned back and it snapped . when they say physical damage and you ask them how then all of a sudden they cant answer you because its not physical damage i just sat in my chair and it broke because its a bad brand . i dont want the same brand i want store credit so i can choose a different chair
SA Digital Villages its basically the end of the day and internet still not on its ridiculous we been complaining since Wednesday 4th march and only today Monday 9 march theres someone to fix it which I highly doubt coz theres always a story or someone doesnt do their job . A tech guy was supposed to come to my house yesterday but didnt no surprise there not a trust worthy company at all. You guys go home and have internet so why care about the paying customers.

I want to lay a complaint about the sushi I just ordered is it supposed to be all squashed together ? Whoever made this should think for themselves that the container is too small to fit everything and seems like your containers is getting smaller a person used to get big containers . A person pays alot of money to order your sushi
i want to complain about the little garden plants because they say its to encourage kids to do gardening if so please point out which kids have R150 to buy stuff for one plant or are you only catering for the rich kids and at the end of the day it going to cost R3600 to collect all the plants assuming a person doesnt get doubles so please tell me what child has R3600 and you dont sell the little garden separate you have to spend R150 which is pathetic seeing as this is for kids
I thought I would get a nice coffee but I was standing there for a few minutes and got no service and walked out and as we were walking out then they wanted to help us so we said no we going somewhere else we got no service and we were still asked where and I said somewhere we will get service
<p>I placed a order on the 6th november 2016 made payment the same day then on the 15th november 2016 i get a email saying the agents cant process my order and ill get a refund so i sent them my banking details the same day and its now the 19th november 2016 and still no money in my account. I want to know why is it taking so long i need my stuff asap they dont answer phone calls and dont respond to emails </p>
