Good morning people of God, I just wanted to warn you of these people, Paladin. These people are related to Hamtern financial services. I was hit by a Sequence logistics truck on the 16 May 2025. The guy ran away but I managed to apprehend him. We went to the SAPS and the accident was recorded. I then called the company in question and I was told the truck is fitted with a camera. I was told they were going to view the footage. After a lengthy period of submitting affidavits, quotes, discs and everything, I was reffered to PWV Inc who after throwing me from pillar to post advised that the claim was rejected because there is no evidence and no footage and that their driver says a different story. These people are cheats, I was told Pieter Otto was going to be assisting me with the claim. The person was blank, totally clueless until my claim was sent to PWV. People, be warned, Paladin is a ****.

Paladin seem to be a company with no responsibility or accountability. I have been struggling to have a Bidvest 3rd party claim resolved for over 3 months. What a shocking campany and even worse is that Bidvest allows this service in relation to their company brand.

One of the City Sightseeing buses collided with my parked car in Camps Bay, and while I appreciated the driver leaving a note, the response thereafter has been dismal to say the least. There was no apology at any point nor accountability being taken, and after being passed between 4 or 5 different operators, City Sightseeing was passed me on to their insurers, PSG insure. Within under 24 hours of the incident happening, I had already submitted ALL of the documents required to submit the claim, and received no follow up from City Sightseeing or PSG Insure. I ended up following up with them at least 10 times over the following few weeks, and at last received a response from PSG Insure that they were handing over the claim to their insurers, Paladin Insure. Paladin were very quick to then hand me over to their attorneys, who then requested all the original documentation that I had already sent early on, and said that I submitting a claim through them could take another 4 months and that I should claim through my insurance - something I had wanted to avoid to prevent my premium from going up and to keep my insurance benefits after not having claimed for 3+ years. This also means having to pay excess and then going through the hassle of trying to claim back from City Sightseeing's insurer. This has been a deeply frustrating process, especially considering the fact that I had been planning on selling my car the week that the incident happened, had had an offer put in for the car, as well as another offer accepted for an upgrade I was looking to buy. In addition to the frustration and distress that this has caused, it has proven to be a costly endeavour due to time taken off work to arrange quotes, documentation, affadavits, insurance assessments, etc as well as the excess that I now have to pay based on your drivers' incompetence.

Am so disappointed in this insurance company, their drunk driver trash my car to beyond repairs in July 2023. It's May 2024 now and am still struggling with transport to work. Their process is dragging and I'm always running late to work because I'm back at using a public transport. I'm still waiting for my payment ever since last year. I wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone else, the way I'm so disappointed in it...

In October 2023 my husband got into a car accident with someone who works for a company called mpact. We claimed 3rd party from them to avoid our premiums going up etc . Paladin has advised that they took the matter for review or rather decision making to their 3rd party lawyers from PVC inc , it has been well we are taken from one pillar to the next all parties involved are not assisting at all but rather pass the bug. We are losing on business daily as the car is our company vehicle which costs us to even use our private vehicles. Their insurance assessor came to assess our vehicle and clearly stipulated that the car is not a write off on the document, they are now telling us that they cannot fix the car due to the repair amount being more than the value of the vehicle so PVC decided to write off the vehicle when u request for the retail or book value of the car they duck and dive . Mpact is so irresponsible if their clients drives their vehicles without checking if the car is in our to be on the road . When involved in accidents they pass the bug. We have been calling and sending numerous texts etc and we not getting any help They have caused emotional distress, and lots of unnecessary money has been spent

VERY BAD, POOR SERVICE Disappointing Underwriting /Brokers/insurers A driver of a Fidelity vehicle on 21 April 2023 was driving recklessly and hit my car, I got into contact with Fidelity so they gave me all the 3rd party documents to complete, and they also requested some of my documents, accident report etc. After a month worth sending them mails, they sent out they assessor to assess the damages. After that they suddenly went quiet, I had to make follow up, the matter was apparently with Pvw in., then around June when I did follow up again the matter was with Linda from Paladin, whom never respond to emails, and everytime I call to do a follow up, it's the same story. From June till now November, my case is "awaiting outstanding documentation from their broker. Worse now he's no longer taking my calls nor replying to my mails. The last time I had to explain my situation that they caused me an inconvenience, my wive gave birth last month, imagine the trauma of seeking transportation at 02h30 to the hospital, waking up neighbors to assist, Every time whenever he decides to respond to my mails, it's always "we're still awaiting documents from the broker" I mean how long does it take for documentation to be complete? It's almost 9 months now. My case number is CLP**********165 - AC27942 - RBS9794 - Motor Accident Date 21/04/2023. I need the matter to be resolved ASAP. VERY POOR SERVICE. 🤬😠😡
