Last address said they will go they'll come back to me when they talk to the payment team

I'm having a problem with insurance company that they are failing to pay me it's almost 2 years now when I spoke to them recently they did say that they will pay me within three working days but now it's going for 3 weeks without receiving any payment when I'm writing an email to them no one is responding now
