Please do not waste your time with these people. Worst experience ever. Bought a voucher on Hyperli for a bubble picnic experience for two. Booked 2 weeks in advance for Hubbys birthday. The night before our appointment, Im told to cancel and make other plans because their technician can’t fix the pump which broke down last week Sunday. They failed to tell me about this, now it is 6:30 at night before the birthday suprise im told to make other plans. I’m so annoyed. How do I come up with plan B now?? They are even refusing to refund. Apparently I must wait for hyperli to refund me in 14 days or more….
So so disappointing
