Hyperli has now become a ****. It is now the third time they have disappointed me. They are advertising deals giving people false promises at a high premium. Please stay away from their Kitchen Mystery Deal. I bought X 2 of their top vouchers. Instead of Gozney, Le Creuset, Smeg, Samsung, Nespresso. I received a plastic lunch tin and plastic table mats. The biggest **** you will ever come across. You have lost yet another customer for good.....
Please do not waste your time with these people. Worst experience ever. Bought a voucher on Hyperli for a bubble picnic experience for two. Booked 2 weeks in advance for Hubbys birthday. The night before our appointment, Im told to cancel and make other plans because their technician can’t fix the pump which broke down last week Sunday. They failed to tell me about this, now it is 6:30 at night before the birthday suprise im told to make other plans. I’m so annoyed. How do I come up with plan B now?? They are even refusing to refund. Apparently I must wait for hyperli to refund me in 14 days or more…. So so disappointing
Opened the plan for my mom who is in the hood and Dr’s there have no swiping machines and printers. After paying them for months they rejected a 400 claim because the invoice that was on a letterhead signed and stamped is hand written.
What a ****… taking advantage of people that are looking for work. You subscribe for a 14 day trial next thing you are upgraded to premium membership where they debit your account every week without any mandate. A total ****. Stay away from these ******
Ordered a meal at Braai block Comaro crossing. The order never arrived and I was hosting. The driver Patrick Kilinda claimed he was lost and switched off his phone. My order was then marked as delivered. Uber eats recons I’m not liable for a refund…. They are such a **** and I have lost such a lot of money. They need to be stopped from this. They can’t keep reaping off customers like that . I need my money
This company uses Instagram to advertise and Ophrah as the brand for their marketing campaign. The offer I purchased was Bras advertised as buy 1 get one free. The price was too high for just 1 bra but since i was expecting two then I figured it was worth it. I was attracted to the special and bought accordingly. waited almost a month for the delivery and to my surprise in the package there was only 1 Bra. I obviously complained that I have received only 1 item and now they are refusing to send the other bra. I am very disappointed at how they handle customer queries. I tried to upload my comment's on Instagram so I can warn other customers from the **** and they have blocked me. I am now busy with their support and feel manipulated. the operator is telling me that they will be in trouble if the fix the mistake and send me another Bra as per the sale agreement. Please warn my fellow online customers about this
I have been scammed by sneaker Crib. Sold me a fake airforce one. I complained and they instructed me to return it. The return is done and still no refund.
The urgent was very patient and helpful, even though it was hard to give a discount he went overboard to get assistance. happy customer
