Very unprofessional

Panarrottis Maponya Mall what a horrible experience, I got served a cold pizza and it’s not the 1st time this happened, why would anyone go to a pizza place and get served a cold pizza😭 and after that I waited 20 minutes for a bill. Oh and the lady came with a bill and I waited 10 minutes for her to come back with a speed point, while I was still waiting for her another waitress was busy moving her customers to my table so I had to go and pay at the counter as I could tell I was not welcome anymore
