Well.....it was great and the service was great....food, ambience, and service was excellent!! Thembi was absolutely amazing!!!! So why the bad rating??? The owner Richard was soooo rude and basically sent me very very rude messages threatening to sue me as well as accuse my "trusted friends and family" of deliberately short paying a bill. Here's what happened....it was my birthday and we booked the top section for approximately 30 people. When the bill came....people paid and I paid the final total, after asking the waitress to confirm and I would swipe and settle the balance.....(which included a very generous tip). Long story short....they called me later saying there's a slight short payment and I agreed to have a look, check it out and if error on my side, i would pay as the last thing I would want is for Thembi to pay........ Then the rude threatening sms's started coming from Richard..... WOW!!! What a customer experience!!! I will NEVER EVER set foot there again because of Richard. He humiliated me with words.....threatening me..... I resolved the issue with Thembi and the Manager (they made up for all the unpleasantness), but the taste in my mouth is way more sour than the Margarita......... Guess some of the staff can teach him a thing or two about treating people with respect!!!!
