Panel City Mthatha bad Customer Service.
Panel City Mthatha has given me bad customer service. My car has been with them since the 18th of June 2023 & it’s still with them even now, they have been giving me excuses when I called them & they don’t reply to my emails. They have never initiated communication to give me updates I’m the one who must call them & sometimes they say they will get back to me & they never do. Their manager(Hendry) never had time to talk to me when I request to speak. to him

02 Nov 2023, 08:07It’s November now & it’s 5 months without my Car that is still at Panel City Mthatha. Their Manager is still lacking to communicate with me to give me update or to even prioritise my car since it’s been there for such a very long time.
