0/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I ordered prawns & calamari and received prawns and hake instead. After sending it back, I was brought peri-peri calamari (despite clearly ordering lemon butter because my spice tolerance is zero) along with cold prawns.

After waiting again, I finally received lemon butter calamari — except this time the portion was noticeably smaller. With every correction, the portions somehow got smaller and smaller.

Between dealing with two different waiters, repeated mistakes, long waits, and cold food, the entire experience was exhausting and incredibly disappointing — especially considering the pricing.

In the end, after the third attempt, I gave up, packed the food into a doggy bag, and left. Cold seafood is unacceptable, and this was a complete waste of money.

Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. I would honestly expect a refund after an experience like this.
