I ordered for goods and paid the same day. I bank with the same bank as PPP and my payment would've therefore reflected immediately.
There was an error on my banks side and a proof of payment was not sent to me as requested. I in the interim sent through an extract of my bank statement to confirm that payment has been made.
The sales person only contacted me 24 hours later to confirm that she was checking with a Cape Town supplier for the stock. This supplier did not have what I ordered and due to this delay, I would have to wait even longer to receive my order.
I spoke to Gavin who was very abrupt and then handed the phone to the owner Samantha who answered with a rude "Who am I speaking to again?" I cut the call on hearing this. I refuse to be disrespected like this.
I am not at all impressed by the service and interest in assisting customers.
Don't tell me about sticking to rules Gavin! Where are your customer service ethics? The instruction fro dispatch should've been given yesterday, not 24 hours later! That is not your policy - to check with other suppliers first. You charged me a delivery fee from JHB-CPT, why are you then diverting this to a CPT branch???
