Unacceptable Email Hosting Services

I have no emails and my website has been down since 5 June 2023.

I had to find out via their website that they are having issues.

Upon requesting information or submitting tickets for assistance, I am yet to receive any assistance nor have I received even a call or email regarding the return to service.

I find it unacceptable when I have a business to run and I cannot get through to the host of my website and my email provider.

I do not know how much business I have lost and how many unhappy clients I have because I am unable to receive or respond to any emails.

I am at a loss!
