If your insurance company says they are using this company, just change insurer. Tried repairing my phone and failed. Now they are keeping the phone to salvage, without payment. That's THEFT!!!

Either return my phone, pay a fair amount or I WILL be opening a case with the police and report you to every business tribunal.
