Not recommended

7 weeks to sort out a insurance claim and it's still not resolved...

The technician Jonathan has been nothing but helpful and friendly but dealing with his superior Willie has been beyond frustrating. Communication lacks, excuses are plenty.

Would not recommend them!

Wish I had checked HP before agreeing to use them as the service provider for this claim.
