Illegal usage of vehicles.
I would strongly advice against using this company. We used them during our trip to Australia (4 January 23 to 4 Feb 23) I was promised secure parking, I took a photo of my car's speedometer at OR Thambo airport on leaving my car with their driver, on coming back, the speedometer showed an increase of 385 Km, again I took,a photo of the delivery speedometer. (The only response I received was that their long term parking is 10.2 Km from the airport) My query yeilded a no response from management. Furthermore, both my car's automatic sliding doors are jammed, and on cleaning my car, I found my e-tag hidden in the trunk, with some "eat out" garbage thrown in the trunk. I will never use that company ever again.

Park and fly Durban steal fuel
Park and fly Durban took my vehicle guys name is Cleao. Everything was actually good pick up and drop off time perfect,they also washed my car,only issue was i found only after i had lwft that fuel was sucked out my car,i have pictures of the stains by the petrol cap and he washed my car butbthe stains were still there,so i tried washing it myself and it came off with ease,he is refusing to admit guilt,but its a little inconvenient esoecially since fuel prices are aky rocketing,ive asked that he resolves with me personally but refuses to so now i have gone public i have pics and videos as proof.

New Tyres switched for old worn tyres.
I often use two different park and fly companies in Durban. Recently I noticed my new back tires on my Landcruiser, with less than 10 000km on them had been swopped for two different tyres, one was the same type of tyre but had at least 40 000km wear and the other tyre was a different type of tyre with only about 2-3mm of tread left on it. I only picked this up a week after my last booking, and as I frequently use these companies, I can’t pin which company did the switch. So I am now R 8 000 out of pocket. Any suggestions on how I can get to the bottom of this problem.

Great Service Park and Fly OR Thambo
it was the first time I used this Company. They were cheaper than other service providers and as such I was a bit worried . I must say it was a great experience . They continously kept in contact with me before I arrived at the airport , when I got to OR Thambo the driver was already waiting for me . My vehicle was left with them from the 27th October 2021 until the 01st October . When I arrived Friday evening my driver was already waiting for me . I did not have to look for my vehicle and they made sure I knew exactly where to go to collect my vehicle . What was re-assuring for me was that the driver didnt want to leave untill he was sure I was driving away. My vehicle was cleaned as expected . I enjoyed that the parking area was only five minutes away from OR Thambo. I want to comment Noel Mbizo for the attention to detail and making this a great experience .

My family and I flew from King Shaka on 19/12/2017I had booked my vehicle to be collected by Park and Fly at 5:00, the guys in the red and black shirts (as I know there are many other companies with similar names). I booked about 2 weeks prior to my flight and received confirmation. On the day park and fly did not show.. I tried to contact the cell number given on confirmation but no answer. I had to hand over my vehicle to another company.. which I had never heard of or miss my flight. To date I have not received any sort of explanation from Park and Fly.

Used my vehicle & left it with manure and maggots
We left our bakkie with the Park and Fly service [URL Removed] for 3 weeks (10 - 31 Jan).<br> <br> Their service is supposed to collect your car from you at the airport, take it to a secure lock up facility while you are away, and return the car to you at the airport, after a valet.<br> <br> When we arrived to collect the vehicle someone had used it against our consent to transport manure. There were chunks of very smelly (pig or chicken) manure in the back as well as maggots! The drivers denied that the vehicle had been used and could not explain the manure. It looked as if the back had been roughly cleaned with a hosepipe.<br> <br> So not only had the vehicle left the supposedly secure location, but it had been returned to us dirty and very smelly.
