Stay away from this Company. I am currently in Litigation with them. a simple project to fit a new kitchen and floor tiles took 13 weeks after Wouter told us it would take 02 weeks. He left without finishing the work we paid for - (although we made full payment) . We paid him all his invoices , we later established that he was using our money to pay for other projects thus taking 13 weeks and not even completing the job .The company exists only on paper . No physical address and doesn't own any premises as per their Facebook page. The house he lives in is not his, the white bakkie he drives is not even on his name . We had to get someone else in to finish and correct the poor workmanship he did. The tilers which he told us was his tilers doesn't even work for him , he collects them standing on the pavement at a local CTM Store. He is a real bull-****ter and can not be trusted at all. We even had to remove all the rubble which he was supposed to have done - out of our own pocket . If you want to waste money and experience poor workmanship get Wouter Maritz to help you with a project . This so-called Engineering company Owner , Wouter Maritz , doesn't even have an Engineering qualification. He would disappear for days and can't be reached ,he removes the read ticks from his WhatsApp so one can not see if a message was read , calls go unanswered. This was the worst experience ever and I don't wish this upon anyone else . Stay away from Brock Metal and Engineering, Krugersdorp. I dealt with Ntokozo Zungu , who has given me incredible service, did what he said he would do and confirmed bank amendments have been done . Great service from this gentleman . Affinity should be pleased to have him employed .

They have no landline numbers , no physically address and when sending e-mails I get the following message: Mailbox disabled, not accepting messages and as such I am stuck with a watch that I don't want . Asked them for their address to courier it myself , but don't want to give it to me</div>
The Yellow Bucks from MTN is a farce . On three occasions I could not use my vouchers , I have logged these issues , spoke to a certain Phindile Buthelezi at the High Value Centre , send her mails got absolute no response . made several calls to MTN Customer Care where I was promised that the Supervisor at the High Value Centre will call me back , got no call back. out of desperation and being hopefull , on the 09th January I send all my three issues to the MTN Complaints Department , 15 days later and I still have had no response . Now I need to decide to renew my contact with a Company that has no idea how to assist their customers with their issues, what is great about my contract is that it has already expired as such I dont even have to give notice, just migrate my number . In my opinion MTN Service is more useless than a certain Telekoms Company in SA. Does the CEO of MTN know how useless MTN Service is ??
I spoke to Simone Rajah yesterday regarding an issue which could not be sorted. She promised to phone me back the next morning to give feedback. She phoned me back and updated me that the issue was sorted . She then promised to phone me back in the afternoon to obtain medication information. She did phone back as promised . I previously had consultants promise to phone back bit they don't. I am extremely happy with Simones customer service . I think she as a great asset to Affinity Health
From Time to Time Pick a Pay advertised Lean Beef Mince for R69,00 per Kg. I have spend a considerable amount on this offer at Pick a Pay Key West in Krugersdorp during the two occassions they had this soecial ust to find out when preparing the mince that it is not lean minve but mince with a high percentage of fat . I am extremely disappointed.
it was the first time I used this Company. They were cheaper than other service providers and as such I was a bit worried . I must say it was a great experience . They continously kept in contact with me before I arrived at the airport , when I got to OR Thambo the driver was already waiting for me . My vehicle was left with them from the 27th October 2021 until the 01st October . When I arrived Friday evening my driver was already waiting for me . I did not have to look for my vehicle and they made sure I knew exactly where to go to collect my vehicle . What was re-assuring for me was that the driver didnt want to leave untill he was sure I was driving away. My vehicle was cleaned as expected . I enjoyed that the parking area was only five minutes away from OR Thambo. I want to comment Noel Mbizo for the attention to detail and making this a great experience .
I am in Gauteng , this Dealership is in Lichtenburg. I traded in my vehicle for an Accent from this Dealership . I was blessed to have dealt with Leon Coetzee from this Dealership. He has an amazing work ethic and has kept me in the loop from the moment we spoke until he came to deliver my car. I was very apprehensive in dealing with a Dealership over such a distance but can state that Leon Coetzee has restored my faith in Used Car Salesmen . If ever you deal with this Dealership plse ask for Leon Coetzee . He is a go getter and make things happen. Give Leon and the Dealer Principal a Bells.Thanks for the great experience guys .
I was involved in a head-on collision on 2nd December 2015 , I received a neck fusion in May 2016 , my claim was settled in August 2019. I first met a Consultant from De Broglios during May 2016 . During the four years that my case was handled never once , not even once did I have to phone or send an e-mail to establish progress on my case . I was regularly kept in the loop via sms reminders , telephone calls or e-mails informing me about Specialist appointments or case status. Never once did I feel that I was in this alone . Team De Broglios has managed to make this an unforgettable experience in professionalism, great work ethic and communication s****s which was equal to that of a first world country . De Broglios has an amazing Team who has made my journey through the difficult four years a pleasant one . I am extremely happy with the service and assistance I received and will gladly refer any one to De Broglios . Great job Guys
I had to cancel my air ticket due to unforseen circumstances , luckily I thought I was clever enough to take out Cancellation Insurance for my tickets only to find out that the cancellation only comes into effect if the flight is cancelled by Kulula , I was not happy about that because at the time of obtaining the cancellation insurance one has absolutely no access to the Policy . I cancelled the airticket under : ID number for the query 54935 . This cancellation was done on the 06th February , on the 08th April I again queried the refund only to be informed that there is a back log , it is now a month later and still I aam waiting . This is absolutely **** service from Kulula . They will not see me again on their flights due to the misrepresentation when the cancellation policy was obtained and because I am now waiting 03 months for my refund . Apalling service
