Thanks Takealot, your after sales service is excellent. I requested a return on Vryday evening, (10th March 23) ordered a replacement on Monday evening and received my replacement today 16th March 2023. Absolutely top service from the Takealot team.

I would strongly advice against using this company. We used them during our trip to Australia (4 January 23 to 4 Feb 23) I was promised secure parking, I took a photo of my car's speedometer at OR Thambo airport on leaving my car with their driver, on coming back, the speedometer showed an increase of 385 Km, again I took,a photo of the delivery speedometer. (The only response I received was that their long term parking is 10.2 Km from the airport) My query yeilded a no response from management. Furthermore, both my car's automatic sliding doors are jammed, and on cleaning my car, I found my e-tag hidden in the trunk, with some "eat out" garbage thrown in the trunk. I will never use that company ever again.
I am extreamly disappointed in this business, they promised photo secure parking. On arival at OR Thabo airport, Imtook a photo of myncar's odometer, and on return, I againtook a photo. They difference in milage was 385 kilometers. On enquiring about the difference, they said they are 10.2 km from the airport, they would get back to me about the difference. Today, one week later, I discovered that my e-tag was removed and put under the seat at the rear, I also discovered some plastic s****s and other foreign objects in the boot. I want too warn people against this illegal use of vehicles parked there as they cannot explain the difference.
I purchased 4 x Yokohama tyres at a cost of more R11000.00 which included a 100 000 kilometer warranty. I was "satisfied" that I will not have any troubles, what a pot of hogg wash. I had a puncture, and had it fixed at an approved dealer, I also had the specified wheel change, alignment and ballancing done as required in good time at a cost of more than R600.00. (in 2020 before the specified 10 000 km requirement) I have a tyre pressure monitoring system on my vehicle, on 29 March 2021, after I have done less than 16000km on this set of tyres, I had a blow out with the tpms stating the pressure was 2.7 bar, seconds before the blow out. The manufacturer 's rep just pulled up his shoulders, saying "since the tyree had had a puncture repair, the warranty is void. I have now done my calculationsk at a current cost of R600 at time (berore inflation), it will cost me well over R6000.00 by the end of the "warranty" Needless to say, I tore the warranty to small pieces and will not waste my time and money on and warranty ever again.
I joined King Price in October 2018 and on the 2nd of May 2019, on our way back from a west cape tour, I lost my caravan's left wheel with a resulting damage 8n access of R24 000.00. My concern was that we have only been part of the King Price team for such a short time, we are going to have serious trouble settling the claim. This was NOT the case, KP reacted promtly and settled without any hassles. The reason for this late entry is purel6 because I stuggled to register on this platform. Thank You King Price
