Terrible service at the hotel

The service at the hotel is terrible, we were not acknowledged when we tried to check in. 5 people checked us in most of them didn’t seem to know what was going on.

We were told that we had to pay R 150 per person to sit by the pool by the waiters and they refused to service us.

A manager then served us.
