Poor customer service
I’m booked in here and one of the waitresses Helen(Naledi) told us “**** you “ when we asked about the amount on the bill coz weren’t sure about the buffet amount. One of her colleague Keletso tried to stop her she pushed her and walked away saying we’re stupid..if this is the kind of service you give to black people it’s really shocking and disgusting as paying customers to be treated like trash .. she got so dramatic that everyone in the restaurant had to look at us like piece of rubbish

Terrible service at the hotel
The service at the hotel is terrible, we were not acknowledged when we tried to check in. 5 people checked us in most of them didn’t seem to know what was going on. We were told that we had to pay R 150 per person to sit by the pool by the waiters and they refused to service us. A manager then served us.

<p>We are a supplier of Furniture for this Park Inn, We dealt with Lightspace and Amazin Hotels in this process.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have already delivered ALL their furniture in October 2016 and we are still waiting for payment 7 months down the line!</p> <p> </p> <p>If any other suppliers are involved with this hotel I urge you to receive your monies before delivery and deny their request for a 30 day request!</p> <p> </p> <p>We follow up once a week every week with no response. This Hotel is the worst experience we have ever had with a client that we have delivered optimal service to and great quality products.</p>

Relaxing Stay
<p>Exstatic from the start</p> <p> </p> <p>Park Inn by Radisson in Polokwane</p> <p> </p> <p>Super friendly service</p> <p>Modern feel experience from provided spaces</p> <p>Delicious food though a bit too much, hopefully non-wasteful donations are made</p> <p> </p> <p>A must stay for out-there travelers</p>
