Dear Betway Support Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recurring issue I experienced with your platform. On five separate occasions, I attempted to use the Cash Out feature, and each time the system failed to process my request. The feature either froze or became unresponsive, preventing me from securing my winnings. This is extremely frustrating and unfair. If the Cash Out option is offered, it should function reliably. It is unacceptable for the system to malfunction at such critical moments, especially when users are relying on it to manage their bets responsibly. I believe I am entitled to the cash out amount that was available at the time of my attempts. Went to hificorp in cresta mall to enquire about their laptop contract deals and nobody was willing to assist . Everyone kept on shouting referring me from pillar to post. I requested to speak to the manager (Dingaane) and he also told me he doesn’t know what to do because he doesn’t deal with contracts and all the consultants that have the “Telkom logins” are unable to help .He just left standing there.Adelaide said she doesn’t want to assist because she doesn’t know how that system works yet she has the logins and Amukelani was the only one who was trying to get me to be assisted he even walked me to incredible connection to try and get someone to help but unfortunately they said both consultants doing contracts are off.I’m really disgusted with the service I got from that store as I took my time off work to come straight there and not get any assistance.
I ordered a large meal from the randburg fountainblue fishaway using your App and I got a small meal with a large grilled fish instead of fried I have pictures and receipts I’m really annoyed and I want my money back thanks
I’m booked in here and one of the waitresses Helen(Naledi) told us “**** you “ when we asked about the amount on the bill coz weren’t sure about the buffet amount. One of her colleague Keletso tried to stop her she pushed her and walked away saying we’re stupid..if this is the kind of service you give to black people it’s really shocking and disgusting as paying customers to be treated like trash .. she got so dramatic that everyone in the restaurant had to look at us like piece of rubbish
I call the call center five times yesterday and the call is never answered then there’s an email that apparently we can use still still been four days since I’ve sent that email with no reply y’all have the ****test service on earth

I went to Randburg Fnb branch to enquire about the card dispute I did on the app on the 23rd but I was disappointed about the lack of product knowledge from the consultant that assisted me (Mokgadi sebone) I don’t understand the part that I go to the branch for assistance then I’m told to call the call center whereas I took my money and time to go to the branch. Explained to the consultant that I needed a reference number for my dispute coz I’m not even sure if it went through he said he doesn’t know also and can’t check them called the card dispute department and spoke to a rude lady named Buhle Meya.. explained everything she answered me with “obviously you wouldn’t get a reference if you do a dispute on the app” I didn’t get the obvious part of all of this coz first of all I don’t work for Fnb.. I asked her about the turn around time for card disputes she said 40 days like wow
I’m so disappointed in the service I received from Ayanda Tsoaledi. I’ve been a member of iemas for more than two years now but the unprofessionalism of the consultants are really questionable. I would like to speak to his or her manager I’ve sent several emails with no response I even tried contacting Edward Madalana but everyone ignoring their mails it’s been a month wow I’m really disgusted
