I ordered a part for my motorcycle, on Monday and on Tuesday I was told it would be here Wednesday, the fjord, then Friday, then Monday. Today, Monday, the patted salesman just shool his head and agreed that a a person could have collected it and walk the 150km that it is away. No customer care, no complaints department just a total disregard for customers, because they are the only dealer in the area and you have no choice but to wait until they feel a need to assist you. No service, and happy to let you struggle with your BMW. As soon as I get it going, I will trade it on a Japanese bike, as there are several dealers who are always happy to help.

<p>in March 2016 i bought a BMW118i sport from Park Motors in Welkom, free State. The sales man there Hennie Britz said to me that the car is in tip top condition and he was testing it himself. three weeks down the line the car stated to overheat. called BMW on call and they towed it to Newscatle got it back after a week and it overheated again, returned the car to Hennie to terminate the contract only to find out that the car had a history of overheating hence the previous owner sold it, The management of Park Motors refused to help me and treated me like grab, now im stuck with a useless car that is broken. please somebody help me out. I hate Park Motors and i'm very much frustrated.</p>

Of the best service I have received at a motor dealer, Charlie and his team where willing to go out of their way to assist a client from Gauteng, to get back on the road, and did this with enthusiasm and a smile.<br> I highly recommend this dealership. The experience makes me want to drive back there, to service my BMW.<br> KEEP IT UP !!!!!!

I bought a VW polo from Park motors welkom freestate South Africa. The sales man Hennie Britz assured me that the car is in great condition. About 4 months later more or less, I had to replace the left cv joint. Today I had to replace the battery. The car is only 3 years old and in such terrible condition. The car did not have original cv joints nor did it have its original battery. Next week I have to take the car so that the left head light can be refitted and put in properly. In the new year I have to replace the speed sensor. All of which is on my own cost. I'm terribly disappointed in their services.
