I ordered a part for my motorcycle, on Monday and on Tuesday I was told it would be here Wednesday, the fjord, then Friday, then Monday. Today, Monday, the patted salesman just shool his head and agreed that a a person could have collected it and walk the 150km that it is away. No customer care, no complaints department just a total disregard for customers, because they are the only dealer in the area and you have no choice but to wait until they feel a need to assist you. No service, and happy to let you struggle with your BMW. As soon as I get it going, I will trade it on a Japanese bike, as there are several dealers who are always happy to help.
