My credentials were used for a *****ulent loan application, resulting in money being deposited into my account. After informing Finchoice, I returned the funds with proof of payment. Despite confirmation, I recently noticed a debit order on my bank statement on December 14, 2023. Despite my request, Finchoice is unable to provide details on the application process and associated documents.
Why is Homechoice conducting inquiries using my information, which could negatively impact my credit score and potentially lead to me being blacklisted for loans I haven't app**** for?
