Park village auction is run by ******, ****** and no fairness

I participate on an auctions on the 7 May 2024 for absa. Due to technical issues, I bidded on a wrong car and immediately called them to advice them of the error. I was told to that I won't get my deposit of R7000 , either I pay for the car that I mistakenly won or forfeit my deposit.

I was told by the white lady I spoke to on that day that I must call them back the following day, I did call and no one bothered to answer my calls.

Now I'm calling to enquire about my deposit. I'm told its forfeited and car cancelled.

These people are bunch of ****** and ****** towards black people. They shout at you and don't even give u a chance to explain.

Avoiding bidding with them at all costs.
