Delay in unblocking account as instructed by court
Court issued a court order for the unfreeze of my bank accounts. To this date my bond account and Revolving facility accounts are still frozen. Only cheque account that has been unblocked. You were quick to block all of them, now you don't use the same energy to unblock all of them. What's the delay?

FNB *******ly blocked my account
FNB blocked my bank account number using a court order that was obtained ********ly. I came to a shock of my life on the 3rd of May 2025 whereby I couldn't transact on my account and I realized that FNB blocked my account for a court order issued by a maintenance court. I was never served any court papers by the said court nor applicant in order to defend this court order no given any notice to respond. Yet fnb proceeded to freeze my account without following due process. my life has now came to a standstill due to fnb ******* activities. I've reached to FNB and they are giving me all sorts of excuses.

OLD MUTUAL FAULTS
I realigned from my employer in 2024 February and old mutual paid my pension in March 2024. But they didn't now handle my tax issues with Sars properly and now SARS has issue me with penalties due to Old mutual faults. When I submit my 2024 tax returns, it gets rejected and the message I get from Sars is: Please note that this tax return was not processed because SARS issues a tax directive no 37016061, but there us no lump sum amount declared on the return. I'm advised to contact the employer or fund administrator. I contacted old mutual and I ddnt get proper assistance

Park village auction is run by ******, ****** and no fairness
I participate on an auctions on the 7 May 2024 for absa. Due to technical issues, I bidded on a wrong car and immediately called them to advice them of the error. I was told to that I won't get my deposit of R7000 , either I pay for the car that I mistakenly won or forfeit my deposit. I was told by the white lady I spoke to on that day that I must call them back the following day, I did call and no one bothered to answer my calls. Now I'm calling to enquire about my deposit. I'm told its forfeited and car cancelled. These people are bunch of ****** and ****** towards black people. They shout at you and don't even give u a chance to explain. Avoiding bidding with them at all costs.

Facing ************** with nedbank
on Monday the 18th of March 2024 I called nedbank, requesting that they close my fully paid up credit card. I was asked if I'm employed or not. I said I'm not employed, then the agent told me that since I'm not employed. the closure will take time since jm not employed. why am I being discriminated due to my economic status? Yesterday I called again , was told that the account hasn't been closed coz the physical card hasn't been destroyed. new stories everytime.

Poor service for return: MAK6219914
I ordered a router online. it was delivered and I discovered that the network is bad with this router I ordered. I logged a return and jt was collected. After few days I received an email from Thandiwe Mpanza , stating that the supplier does not see anything wrong with the router and it will be returned back to me. I then sent an email to Thandiwe stating that the router is problematic, I request a refund or a replacement. To this date no response. o

Personal information disclosed to a third-party without my consent
It is disappointing that someone called bonitas last week and one of Bonitas consultants gave my personal information regarding my benefits without even getting a permission from me to do that.

BAS SERVICE ALWAYS
I submitted an application to access my additional funds payment on my bond. today I get a phone call from Pearl, a consultant at Fnb asking me to send my payslip to prove how I'm paying my bond. I then say I pay my bond through transfer to my bond account. She then says I won't be allowed to access my money if I don't fill the debit order form. What kind of rules are these, because for months I've been paying my bond through transfer and it is not even on arrears. Everytime I want to access my funds, I am always taken from pillar to post.

Poor service on reduction of monthly payments.
last week I sent out an application to request reduction of my monthly payments, after I paid a lump sum on my bond. To this date, no one has ever attended to it. I just fail to understand why does it to take so much time and no communication.
