DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Parked my car for 2 days (24 hours) and the door handle was broken upon pick up. The passenger doors were unlocked which I dropped the car off locked , seats were reclined and lastly found a bottle of savannah at the back seats on the floor

Create the illusion of a professional business. Only a residential backyard, parking place. Not under cover, no security. For the sake of an upcoming entrepreneur this could be forgiven. BUT, they drove 180km with our vehicle. Someone spilled liquor all over. The steering angle controller made an electric short, as the liquor spilled inside the cover of the steering box. The clutch was also broken by them. Small items like a phone charger, and a towel over the seat went missing. Very disappointed, and unhappy about the damages.

In addition to my previous post - the following was wrong after inspection in daylight, the next day: * windscreen has a huge chip * in the loadbin, my loadbin cover was removed and lying loose in the back * the carpet and sides of the loadbin was covered in cement dust - they clearly used my vehicle to transport cement bags (when I looked at photos of my car in the "washbay", I noted a new room / building being build. I sent the abovementioned photos to Craig who did not even take the time to reply! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR!!! I have been using their service for the past 16 months. On my last return from one of my trips abroad, I realized my fuel was very low. When I stopped at the nearest filling station, after 22:00, I noticed my front mudflat was badly damaged. I contacted Willie / Craig politely and said I understand accidents happen, but they need to let me know how we can fix this. After a long while they explained that one of the "new puppies" on the premises did the damage and they will fix it on my next travel. On 25 Oct 2024 I travelled again and PARKTOFLY collected my car. This time I took a photo of my fuel level and odometer reading. I was supposed to return to SA on 25 Nov, but on 18 and 19 Nov I tried to get hold of them to inform them that my visit has been extended, and I wanted to confirm my return date - NONE of the 2 numbers I always use were working. NONE of my messages went through. On the 20th I was very concerned, and I involved my brother, the police and my insurance company. I then found a 3rd telephone number and got through to Craig who pretended to know nothing about my vehicle. He said Willie is not working for them anymore (yet, the person who always collects my car, still collected it) but he will go find my car. He then later on said he found my car, but he is waiting for someone to hand it over to him. In the meantime, I asked the police to call him so he can understand this is now serious. I kept on asking for a location pin of where he / my vehicle is, and he kept on avoiding my request. Around 16:00 he said he had the car; it's in the wash bay. He (Craig) then sent photos of my car being washed and, in the photos, it can be seen to be washed at someone's house. It was arranged that he bring my car to the airport, to the point where I always collect it. I asked him to send me a picture of my odometer reading and it was evident that there was a 270km difference from when I left it with them, and it had no fuel in it!!!!! The damaged mudflap was also not fixed. Craig kept on pretending like he knows nothing and said there were new owners, and all the numbers changed and and and..... he even said Park to Fly split up or there's another branch or whatever he tried to explain!! I had to arrange with friends staying nearby to collect my car! DO NOT MAKE USE OF PARKTOFLY! None of the adresses exist - not the one on their invoices nor the adress on their website. If my car was ****** OR in an accident, my insurance company makes it clear that I would not have been covered!!!!!!! DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE Them, I parked my car with the for about 5 days and on my return I discovered that they were using my car everyday and had done more than 120km using my petrol and returned it empty. I tried calling the office, no response. I was promised management would call back. As if that was not enough my car is now making a funny sound which I have to get it checked out. I won’t recommend using their services.

If I could 0 score I would!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I arrived at the Airport 5h30am and they were suppose to pick up my vehicle at 5h45am. Well, after 14 phone calls to let them know I'm waiting for them, they finally answered. I was stressed to the max. They did a walk around my vehicle and made a check list and I signed. On returning on Sunday morning 7h30am they said they will wait for me at Terminal 14B. Again I phoned to say I have arrived and standing and waiting for them, but every time I phone it goes straight to voicemail. Even the WhatsApp messages aren't going through. After 40 min of waiting and hoping that I get my car back they finally answered their phone and said the guy is on his way. When my car arrived, they didn't wash my car as promised on their website, that's not a problem. I noticed my petrol was suddenly sitting on half a tank and I know for a fact it was three quarter when I arrived at the airport. Got home and opened my car door and I suddenly notice red wine spilled all over my door at the bottom. I also noticed that the passenger seat was half down as though someone slept in it. I started going through my car and also find that my Aux cable was missing and also my double adaptor that was plugged into the lighter. Some one had used my car and drove around freely on my petrol and still spilled wine all over my car and didn't even have the decency to clean it up. Trying to contact them to speak to the Manager is totally impossible. They refuse to give me his Cell no or an email address where I can contact him. One can only speak to the operator and that's it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!
