If I could 0 score I would!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I arrived at the Airport 5h30am and they were suppose to pick up my vehicle at 5h45am. Well, after 14 phone calls to let them know I'm waiting for them, they finally answered. I was stressed to the max. They did a walk around my vehicle and made a check list and I signed. On returning on Sunday morning 7h30am they said they will wait for me at Terminal 14B. Again I phoned to say I have arrived and standing and waiting for them, but every time I phone it goes straight to voicemail. Even the WhatsApp messages aren't going through. After 40 min of waiting and hoping that I get my car back they finally answered their phone and said the guy is on his way. When my car arrived, they didn't wash my car as promised on their website, that's not a problem. I noticed my petrol was suddenly sitting on half a tank and I know for a fact it was three quarter when I arrived at the airport. Got home and opened my car door and I suddenly notice red wine spilled all over my door at the bottom. I also noticed that the passenger seat was half down as though someone slept in it. I started going through my car and also find that my Aux cable was missing and also my double adaptor that was plugged into the lighter. Some one had used my car and drove around freely on my petrol and still spilled wine all over my car and didn't even have the decency to clean it up. Trying to contact them to speak to the Manager is totally impossible. They refuse to give me his Cell no or an email address where I can contact him. One can only speak to the operator and that's it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!
<p>DHL International - Waybill no: ********** 940 (Johannesburg)<br />In Oct 2015 I bought a dress from an overseas supplier. It arrived at DHL (JHB) in January 2016. DHL delayed in clearing my parcel and it landed up in their warehouse. I had to pay R5000 to get my parcel released from customs. I was told by FRANK MOLEYA in an email that it is 100% refundable and it will only take about 3 months to be refunded to me. Well it's been 18 months now and I am still waiting for the refund. FREDERICK LAKIE from DHL has been dealing with the refund from the start but every month for the past 18 months has come up with some excuse why payment hasn't been done yet. From the lady that does the payments is off sick to waiting for red tape to be sorted out. Well I'm not sure how many time red tape can be sorted out and how many time the lady that does the payments at SARS can be off sick when payments need to be done. No one else seems to be able to help either to sort this matter out and get my monies refunded. <br />If there is anyone that can step over FREDERICK LAKIE to sort this out with customs?</p>
