Classic car valet, very bad recommendation

In November, I used their valet services and was quite satisfied with the service besides the driver being 45 minutes late to drop off my vehicle even if I called and informed them what time I would be arriving and that I had no luggage so would not be waiting for luggage. I recommended their services to my boyfriend who I was traveling with on the 17th of December, we returned yesterday only to find that the tow bar cover was missing and someone had crashed his vehicle and we were not notified. I feel partially responsible for recommending them and I’d advise anyone never to use them again. There is a damaged car due to their neglence after Jeffery assuring us that the vehicle will be well taken care of. Not to mention they were late again to drop off the vehicle and it wasn’t washed. Any customer considering using them should think twice those reviews on Parkvia are doctored and I’m certain now that the negative ones were removed to paint a lovely picture of the company. Highly disappointed and I hope that they pay for the damage they caused to his vehicle because I know it wasn’t damaged when we dropped it off.
