Parrot Projectors - Dim & unusable, even a Parrot repair can't fix the problem

Unfortunately, we do not accept this outcome; Parrot has sold a product at less than the 3000 lumens as advertised.
Sent in under warranty, Parrot has failed to repair the projectors so that they can be used in a daytime normal environment That they are so dim they only be used at night or in a dark room, which was never disclosed on sale.
Even with a new projector globe, these projectors have failed to project at 3000 lumens which Parrot has admitted via email.
Parrot can either supply a working projector as per warranty or refund us so we can purchase a working 3000 lumens projector for the client.
If the matter is not resolved today we will be taking it up with the CPA, this matter is now 2 months old and has still not been resolved. The projectors are clearly defective and under spec, they should never have been sold to us and were discontinued shortly after that.

Hope you can help. Teachers are complaining about the Parrot Data projectors. They are not clear when projecting and you can barely read the middle the sides are a blur. Teachers do not use them at all.
What are our options? Can we replace them? What will the cost be?

We have provided you with proof of Lumen Tests and offered you reduced pricing on alternative models.

The units where purchased on the 5th July 2022 Inv # 102792755 and where returned again
on 28 June 2023 RMA # 26229, so 13 to 14 months is a lie. (just for clarification Parrot, a one year warranty means if an item is returned 1 day after purchase or even one day before warranty expiry it is still in warranty. This applies to every 1YR warranty item in South Africa
unless otherwise specified.)
We tested the best of the nine "3000 lumens" projector against an old 2700 lumens projector
the 2700 lumens projector was brighter. So unless of course a brighter projector means the projector is faulty someone in your technical department has made massive blunder and put it to email. My favourite is the new replacement globe has exactly the same brightness as an old globe and once again proof has been sent via email.
I will book a meeting with the director Debbie Oconnor and we will quickly get to the bottom
of this nonsense. Almost 3 months and counting ....
Obviously the next step is to collect a "repaired projector with new globe" and send it to
an independent testing center for LUX testing. Lets see if Parrot can dispute the two projectors next to each other when we have our meeting.
We will not be bul**** by Parrot.
